can anyone direct me to a decent immigration lawyer that also handles criminal charges?

Question by CoffeeBeans: can anyone direct me to a decent immigration lawyer that also handles criminal charges? My neighbor came to the US on a student visa and four years later he got married. he also has a criminal record that has been deferred but immigration still looks at it and his application has been rejected on grounds of moral turpitude. he was told that he is ineligible to receive a visa or to be admitted to the US if he was to leave or be deported. From what i understand he also been denied appeal and the only option they gave him was to renew his application for status as a permanent resident.now i know that this all looks good bad on the record but there is a lot to consider:1) he has had no prior history of criminal record and has in fact been a very introvert person while going to school and in his past.2) he is an excellent person to talk to about everything (minus sports) and one can tell that he is all up there in head and is smart and knows what he is talking about. furthermore, he is an excellent husband and father and one moment of weakness that drove him to break a law (that has already been deferred) does not reflect his moral standing.3) he did not jump the fence to get here and came here through the front door with a scholarship and has a lot to offer in terms of being a productive and contributing member of the society.

I need to know where i can direct him to help him out. i cannot do much but i can do something and i need someone to give me a website or recommendation for immigration lawyers who handle criminal records.thanks.
